Over the last six months, our management team has worked with Steve Suggs in upgrading and improving our selection process. Whereas we are just now beginning to see results of implementing the "Recruit the Best" system, here is some initial feedback:
1. The most important lesson we (as a management team) learned is that we have to be sourcing larger numbers of high-quality candidates.
